Q. I have made a booking. Now what?
A. Once you have booked your weekend, you will be sent an email with all the details of your choice such as departure time and date, destination, accommodation arrangements, travel arrangements, amount paid and amount still due. You can also access the information about your weekendgetaway by logging in and reviewing your Recent Bookings Overview. This will tell you all you need to know about your weekend.
Q. I need to change my booking. How do I do this?
A. You will need to contact the operator running your tour. Details of the operator you have booked with are listed in the booking confirmation email that we sent when you booked your weekend. Most tour operators have a policy that cancellations and alterations may be made up to 48 hours prior to the start date, after which time any changes may incur a fee.
Q. I don't like any of the tours listed in the search results page.
What can I do?
A. Go to the Bespoke link on the home page. Here you can tell us in detail exactly what you are loking for, and we will do our best to make sure you get the weekend you're looking for.
Q. How are the customer ratings worked out?
A. Once you have been on your weekendgetaway, we might ask you to give feedback on your experience. We gather this data and display the results on a star rating system, with 5 stars indicating the most positive feedback.
Q. I am a single person wanting to go on an event that requires a group.
Can I do this?
A. Yes you can. Go ahead and book the weekend of your choice. We will confirm with you when enough people have booked for the tour to go ahead. This is a great way to meet new and interesting people from all walks of life.
